Together, EC West and EC East, a close-by, neighboring community, bring a broad range of price ranges, home sizes, home types and much needed commercial resources and industrial innovation to strengthen the economic development of Elbert County. This is achieved by providing employment opportunities, previously unavailable housing options, innovation and technology, diversification of the county’s economy and an increase in property values.

The first to bring a Conservation Community to Colorado, Craft Companies will continue to prioritize sustainable, restorative and preservation practices to promote a balanced coexistence with the natural environment to benefit Elbert County and future generations.

Recreation and Activities

With more than 50% dedicated open space, EC West will offer families, friends and neighbors plenty of room to roam, along with access to neighborhood parks and an easily accessible trail system.
